Facility Admission Fees
For in-person sessions, the client may be responsible for a portion of facility admissions for both trainer and self. Contact our office for further details.
Travel Fees
Clients will be assessed a $0.565/mile (IRS 2013 guidelines) travel surcharge in excess of a 10-mile radius of Arlington, Massachusetts 02474 for in-person consultations less than 60 minutes.
