Oceanus Swim Club Management Consulting is a highly specialized practice, solely focused on providing general management advisement to competitive swimming organizations from a neutral, third-party perspective.

We analyze and make recommendations from all vantage points: overarching mission/infrastructure, underlying business processes, operations and execution (the "dry" side of the enterprise), and their crossover impact on the "wet" side.
